As a leading groundwork contractor we have completed numerous projects where we have worked alongside and liaised with suppliers, such as steel framed and oak framed building manufacturers. By forming good working relationships with suppliers we are then, in turn, able to construct traditional mesh reinforced concrete or fibre reinforced concrete (FRC) slabs and bases for the buildings to fit into.

Concrete slabs and bases are suitable for use in a variety of buildings: for example, warehouses, stables, retail units, workshops, etc.

Concrete is a very practical, durable and aesthetic material and it can have a variety of different finishes to suit different jobs, such as: brushed, tamped, trowelled or power floated. Concrete is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Underpinning is a solid foundation laid below ground level to support or strengthen a building. As a leading groundwork contractor we are insured to provide this service.

We use traditional methods of underpinning to stabilise existing foundations. That is to say that, by digging down under the present foundation until solid ground is reached, we then replace the excavated material with concrete to give a solid foundation. This method is a low cost solution to underpinning with minimal disruption suitable for heavy loads.
